Welcome to Bloom Baby Ultrasound. By using our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a service or keepsake, or visiting our studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Bloom Baby Ultrasound provides elective pregnancy ultrasound services in Murrieta, California, including 2D ultrasound, 3D/4D ultrasound, HD-style baby imaging, gender reveal ultrasounds, heartbeat keepsakes, digital images, printed photos, and related add-ons.
Elective, Non-Diagnostic Ultrasound Services
Bloom Baby Ultrasound provides elective, non-diagnostic ultrasound services for bonding and keepsake purposes only.
Our ultrasound sessions are not medical exams and do not replace prenatal care, diagnostic ultrasound, anatomy scans, emergency evaluation, or care from your OB/GYN, physician, midwife, or healthcare provider.
No medical diagnosis, medical report, fetal assessment, or medical clearance is provided during an elective Bloom Baby Ultrasound appointment.
Medical Concerns
If you have pain, bleeding, reduced fetal movement, medical concerns, pregnancy complications, or urgent symptoms, please contact your healthcare provider or seek emergency medical care. Bloom Baby Ultrasound is not an emergency medical provider and does not provide diagnostic evaluation.
Appointment Booking
Appointments are booked in advance and are subject to availability. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, pregnancy information, appointment details, and service selections when booking.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling depending on availability.
Image Quality
Ultrasound image quality can vary based on baby’s position, gestational age, placenta location, fluid levels, maternal body type, movement, and other factors outside of our control.
Bloom Baby Ultrasound will always do our best to capture beautiful images, but we cannot guarantee specific poses, facial views, gender visibility, 3D/4D image quality, or baby cooperation during every session.
Gender Determination
Gender determination is offered during select appointments when baby’s position and gestational age allow. While we use care during gender reveal ultrasound sessions, gender determination is not guaranteed and may depend on baby’s cooperation and visibility.
Rescan Policy
Select ultrasound packages may include a complimentary rescan if baby is not in a good position or if certain package goals cannot be completed during the original appointment. Rescan eligibility, timing, and availability may vary by package.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment may be required at booking or at the time of service depending on the appointment type. Prices, promotions, packages, and add-ons are subject to change.
Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees or loss of deposit depending on the booking policy in place at the time of scheduling.
Because ultrasound services are time-based and appointment-based, completed services are generally non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine whether a courtesy adjustment, rescan, or other resolution may be appropriate.
Keepsakes and Add-Ons
Heartbeat bears, premium plush animals, printed photos, digital image galleries, video clips, gender reveal items, and other keepsake add-ons may be available for purchase with select appointments.
Product styles, colors, inventory, and availability may vary. Keepsake items are not guaranteed unless confirmed and available at the time of service.
Digital Images and Delivery
Digital images, videos, or other files may be delivered through third-party platforms, email, text, download links, or other digital methods.
Clients are encouraged to download and save digital files promptly.
Photo, Video, and Marketing Permission
Bloom Baby Ultrasound may request permission to capture or use photos, videos, ultrasound images, client reactions, or appointment content for marketing, social media, website content, or portfolio use.
Participation in photo or video content is optional. Identifiable client photos or videos will only be used with permission.

The content on this website is for general informational and promotional purposes only. Website content should not be considered medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical questions or pregnancy concerns.
Intellectual Property
